Artez February 2023 – Release Notes

Summary
As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:
- P2P - Ability to export Reports from Fundraising Hub and changed “Cash and Checks” to “Donations”
- P2P - Ability to include a link in the charity messages.
- Custom Emails – Added the “Registration Date” as a new Custom Email field.
P2P - Ability to export Reports from Fundraising Hub and changed “Cash and Checks” to “Donations.”
Description:
On the Fundraising Hub, the participant will now view all the donations received and export the report on a CSV file.
Client/Internal Benefit:
- Better user experience

Details:
On the Fundraising Hub, the Participants and Team Captains will view a change under the “Cash and Checks” menu to “Donations”, since from now on they will be able to view all the received Online and Offline donations. In addition, the Participants and Team Captains will be able to export a report of their received donations.
- The export will only include donors and donations associated with the individual fundraiser. Team Captains will see donors and donations to their fundraiser page as well as to their Team.
- The export will include online and offline donations. The report will be exported in a CSV format.
- Available for both Artez and Panorama P2P, for both English and French pages (if applicable).

Description:
Administrators can now add a link to the charity messages posted on the Fundraising Hub for Participants and Team Captains.
Client/Internal Benefit:

- Better user experience
Details:
As an administrator, you will have the ability to include a link to the Charity Messages you share with the Individual Participants and Team Captains.
- The admin defines the URL and title to display for the link under the Charity Messages widget. If the title was left blank, the participant will see the URL on the Hub. The URL and title can be personalized for both English and French pages.
- When the participant clicks the link, it will open on a separate tab.
- The link will be visible on the fundraising hub for Team Captains and individuals.
- Not available for Panorama P2P.
Custom Emails – Added the “Registration Date” as a new Custom Email field
Description:
The administrator you can now use the Registration Date to select which participants to reach.

Details:
As an administrator can add a new field for the registration date in the Custom Emails for Participants.
- The new keyword %RegistrationDate% can be used on the Custom Emails.
- Added “Registration Start Date” and “Registration End Date” to the “Participant” filters to select the desired range.
- By default, when selecting the “Registration Start Date” and “Registration End Date” we pull the “Event Registration Start Date” and “Event Registration End Date”, but dates can be changed with a date picker.
Additional Items
- Fixed issue on P2P when the Add This setting was disabled the login wasn't working.
- Fixed on Panorama P2P issue where after registration the profile tab couldn't be refreshed.
- Fixed issue on P2P when early birds’ registrations were aborting.
- On MET, added the ability to set Microsites on the new link in the hub.
- On P2P, added validations to prevent registrations without payments.
- On the API, updated the GET Event method to retrieve the event status.
- Updates to our infrastructure and improvements to our code
