Summary

As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:

• P2P – Added AI text generation to the Event's page text widget

P2P – Added AI text generation to the Event's page text widget

To help event administrators quickly create engaging content without starting from scratch, a new AI Text Generator has been integrated into the Event Page Builder. This feature allows admins to generate or refine event-related text directly within the Text Widget of the builder.

Admins can:

• Generate content by sending a prompt to the AI, which returns a suggested text in the output area for review.
• Insert the generated content into the CKEditor using Insert & Close, which also hides the AI tools.
• Continue refining the text until satisfied.
• Cancel the process at any time with the Cancel button.

Key details:

• Available only in Artez P2P events.
• Accessible within the Event Home Page via the Text Widget.

How to use:

1. Open the Event Builder for the Event Home page.
2. Add a Text widget.
3. Click the new AI button appears in the upper-right corner of the Text Widget.

4. Add a Prompt to generate your content, continue refining the text until satisfied.

5.Insert the result in the Text widget by clicking the “Insert & Close button”

Additional Items

• Added ability to search in the Data Entry section when pressing Enter.  
• Added new columns to the Approval Report: Registrant AddressLine1, Registrant City, Registrant State, Registrant Country, Registrant Zip code, TeamName, LocationName, LocationEventID, RegistrationStatusID, RegistrationStartDate and RegistrationDate.
• Updated the calendar section in the Event Home Page for P2P events to display the year when the event is in the current year.
• In the Fundraising Hub for P2P events, fixed the alignment of the Buttons on the mobile donation page.
• On the Event/Campaign Search page, when adding a space in the search bar, search will show results.
• The thermometer in P2P events was updated to fix calculations that were not accurate when rounding up decimal values.
