Summary
As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:
- P2P - Added the ability to enable Contact Permissions to be checked by default
- P2P – Added the login button to the CTA buttons widget in the builder
P2P – Added the ability to enable Contact Permissions to be checked by default
Organization administrators can now configure whether Contact Permissions checkboxes should appear as checked by default, giving them more flexibility in how donor permissions are presented during registration and donation flows.
- The checkboxes are now always visible in the Builder.
- For new P2P events created by US Panorama PRO organizations, the checkboxes will be enabled by default (however, they can be disabled if desired).
- For all other organizations, the checkboxes will appear disabled by default, but admins may manually enable them if desired.
- Existing events are not affected; administrators must manually update the settings if they want to use default-checked permissions.
- Administrators can configure each permission type individually (e.g., Email on, Phone off).
- The defaults apply across Donations, Solicited Donations Team/Individuals, and Registrations.
- Donors and Registrants can uncheck boxes if they wish to opt out.
To enable this:
- Go to the Event Builder for the event.
- Navigate to the desired page (Donation form (Direct Donation or Solicited for Teams/Individuals) or Registration page)
- Choose for each Contact Permission which should be checked by default or left unchecked and click Save.

P2P – Added the login button to the CTA buttons widget in the builder
To make it easier for participants to access the login page, organization administrators can now add a Login button to the CTA Buttons section of the Event Builder for the Event Home Page. This provides consistency with the hero Login button and gives admins greater flexibility in customizing the event experience.
When enabled, the Login button will:
- Be displayed in the CTA buttons section, in the same order as the hero buttons
- Function exactly like the hero Login button
- Default to disabled, requiring the admin to enable it per event
To enable this:
- Go to the Event Builder for the event.
- Go to the CTA widget
- Switch the toggle to enable it if you want the Login button displayed on the Event Home Page and Save.
Additional Items
- Reports - added “Last Updated Date” and “Approval Date” columns to the Approval report.
- Reports - added improvements to the performance of the donation details, registration details, e-ticket (excel version), tribute, purchase items (excel version) by order and by item reports.
- P2P - fixed events issue on registration when using processing fee.
- P2P - fixed events issue on registration when pressing enter on creating a new account skipped the password validations.
- P2P - fixed events issue on registration when making a monthly donation where the donation processing date was not been displayed.
- P2P - fixed events issue on the builder where text widgets were showing disappearing text after rearranging order.
- P2P - fixed events issue where the donation form items were misplaced.
- P2P - fixed events issue in the fundraising where create/join team wasn’t working properly.
- P2P - fixed events issue when adding the event date to the calendar it was pulling the first location’s date.
- Tax receipts - fixed issue where tax receipts were displaying blank labels.
