How to Cancel a Participant Registration

Your organization just launched its Peer-2-Peer event registration and you have a participant who no longer wants to participate or accidently registered twice and needs to cancel the registration. 

You can cancel registration through the participant profile under the Peer-2-Peer event the participant is registered for. 

Step 1: Login to your Panorama user account

Step 2: Select the Peer-2-Peer event in which the participant needs to cancel registration for.

Step 3: Select the Participant tab

Step 4: Click or search the participant you are needing to cancel registration for.

When choosing the participant that needs their registration canceled it will open the participant profile:

Step 5: Scroll down to the bottom of the Participant Details to cancel the participant registration

When selecting the cancel registration link it will prompt you to decide if a refund is needed or if you want to continue with cancelling the registration without a refund. 

Please note: If a refund is needed to be made, this will need to be done through the donation tab and donor profile. Same steps as cancelling a registration. 

When requesting the refund you will be prompted to provide details regarding the refund request:

Step 6: When the registration has been cancelled successfully a message will appear at the top of the screen confirming the cancellation

You have successfully cancelled and refunded (if needed) the participant who has requested this update.
