How to Charge a Fundraising Minimum if has not been met

You just finished hosting a Peer-2-Peer event using Panorama and set up the registration types to have a fundraising minimum.

You may be asking yourself, now what? 

A Peer-2-Peer event needs to be closed prior to charging fundraising minimums.

To fully close a P2P event in Panorama double-check the following:

• event end date and time
• registration end date and time
• donation end date and time

These 3 end dates must be over prior to the shortfall button appearing.

This button at the top of the page under participation will appear to charge the shortfall.

Step 1: Click the Charge Shortfall Button

Step 2: Charge Fundraising Minimum Screen appears

• This is a manual process.
• You have the option to charge the full fundraising minimum, or you can customize the charge amount.

Note: A participant will NOT be charged this minimum until your organization clicks the Charge button.
