When you first get access to the FrontStream platform, one administrator will be set up for you. That person will be the main administrator and must set up everyone else who needs access.
Setting up a New Artez Administrator
Step 1: Click the Configuration Tab within Artez
Step 2: Click on the Add Administrator button located on the Administrator Summary left menu.
Step 3: On the Administrator Summary page enter the new administrator's information. This view will differ depending on if you’re an Artez-only account or Panorama account setup.
For Artez Only
Setting up the administrator will require Username, first name, last name, country, and email address. Then click Continue.
An email will automatically be sent to the newly added administrator with a link so that they can set their Artez password.
After clicking Continue you will be taken to the Administrator Access Rights section where you can set the Tabs & Menu Items and the Events that this administrator will have access to.
Note: The default access rights are for full access to all features within the application.
For Artez in Panorama
Setting up the administrator will require First name, last name, email address, and country. You can during this time select whether this administrator will have Partial or Full access. Then click Save.
An email will automatically be sent to the newly added administrator with a link so that they can set their Artez password.
Helpful Tip! An email is required for adding administrators. If you have issues adding an admin with an email address, it might mean that the email is already in use. You will need to make sure the email address you are using is not tied to any of your events as a registrant. If it is, you will need to use an alternate email.
Updating Administrator Permissions
After selecting your Administrator on the left menu Administrator Access Rights section you can set the Tabs & Menu Items and the Events that this administrator will have access to.
Providing more Panorama Permissions
When you add Administrators in Artez, they will only be given user permissions for your Panorama projects powered by Artez. If you wish to add users with permissions across all Panorama Projects, which also includes admin access for auctions then users should be added to the Panorama homepage.
