How to Quick Approve/Reject an ApproveforGood Item Request
The Item Request that are Pending are items that can be Quick Approved or Quick Rejected if the item that was requested have automatically met or did not meet the Item Request requirements.
“Quick Approve” and “Quick Reject” automatically sends the requester the response notification.
To manage your items using these 2 functionalities, clicking on the specific item details and clicking the button on the top toolbar of the item that reflects the appropriate status.
Regular “Approve” and “Reject” takes you to a proofing screen to review the email before sending, so you are able to edit the email and personalize the response to the requesters.
You cannot edit emails with “Quick Approve or “Quick Reject.”
