Summary
As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:
- Artez – Added an email notification feature when an import fails.
- Artez P2P – Ability to customize the heading for the User Defined Field’s answers on Participant and Teams Pages
- Artez P2P - New customizations on the Donation Form Artez P2P – Added an email notification feature when an import fails.
Description:
As an administrator, I can send an email to be notified in case the import fails.
Client/Internal Benefit:
- New feature
- Awareness of failed imports
Details:
- When an import fails, we can send a notification email to the administrator so that he acts according to the error. The administrator needs to indicate on the import’s configuration what email to notify if the import fails.

Artez P2P – Ability to customize the heading for the User Defined Field’s answers on Participant and Teams Pages
Description:
As an administrator, I can customize the heading for the User Defined Field’s answers on the Participant pages and team pages from the Builder.
Client/Internal Benefit:
- New feature
- Additional customization
Details:
This heading is now editable, the administrator only needs to click on it and set the heading as desired. Here are some additional notes:
- We need at least one User Defined Field enabled to display the answers on the participant and/or team page.
- The administrator can replace the default heading of “UDF Display Answers “with what makes sense to their event.
- This heading is customizable by event.
- We can set different headings for the participant and team pages.
- Available for English and French events.
- Applies to Artez P2P only.

Artez P2P – New customizations on the Donation Form
Description:
As an administrator, I can customize new fields on the Donation form.
Client/Internal Benefit:

- Additional customization
Details:
Added the following customizations on the Donation Form:
- First Name, Last Name, and Organization Name are customizable labels.
- Ability to add additional content here with no character limit and text wrapping.
Additional notes:
- These new customizations are made by event.
- Available for English and French events.
- Applies to Artez P2P only.
Additional Items
- Fixed the System.NullReference error occurring when Paying with PayPal on MET events.
- Fixed the issue where registrants were appearing in the browser even with no permissions set when using the API.
