Summary

As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:

• Artez – Snapshot Report displays the number of participants logins
• Artez Tributes - Added ability for admin to set donor covers the fee threshold

Add participant login count to Snapshot report

• As an admin, I can see in the snapshot report the number of logins a participant had to the Fundraising Hub.

Client/Internal Benefit:

• Help track user interactions on the event - Helps create strategies for the event - Understand participant’s behavior during the event

Details:

• A new column was added to the Snapshot Report to indicate the number of logins for the participants.

Note:

• Applies to Event/Campaign and Artez P2P templates
• When a participant successfully registers, they log in to the account for the first time.  This is included as a login on the report. 

Artez Donation and Tribute - added ability for admin to set donor covers the fee threshold

Description:

• As an admin, I can set a threshold to the donation to display or not the option to cover the fee to the donor.

Client/Internal Benefit:

• New feature - Additional customization - Increase participation

Details:

• The admin can set a threshold to the donation on the admin console in the event settings under the new to add the threshold:

Notes:

• Available in both English and French.
• If a threshold amount is set
  • The option to cover the processing fee will be visible if the threshold amount has not been met.
  • If the donation is equal to or above the threshold amount set for the event, the option to cover the processing fee will be hidden and we will not charge the processing fee.
• If no threshold was set, then the donor covers the fee option will be displayed according to the event’s settings.

Additional Items

• Fixed the issue of Individual Fundraising goals locked during registration.
• Fixed the issue of Team Goal not reflecting the correct goal during registration.
• Fixed for Panorama P2P issue on differences between the Search Totals vs the Participant’s page Totals.
• Fixed Artez P2P issue on Registration missing payment.
