Artez Release Notes
Summary
As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:
- Artez P2P - Customize messages for rejected participants
- Artez P2P – New basic Approval Status report
- Artez P2P – Customize messages for rejected participants
Description:
- As an org, I can now customize the message the registrants will see when they are set to the rejected status.

The admin can customize the message for registrants when they try to log in and have been rejected. To update the message, in the Builder:
1. Open the “Rejected” page (Registration>Submitted request>Rejected)
2. Click on any text you want to customize and enter your desired messages.
You can customize the heading, subheading, message, and the button label.
Some additional notes:
- This applies to Artez P2P only
- Available for both English and French events
Artez P2P – New basic Approval Status report
Description:
As an admin, for events using the approval stage, we have a new basic report to check the status of the approval process for the registrants.
Client/Internal Benefit:
- New Feature
- Participation control
- Registration information
The admin can export a report of the basic information for registrants in the pre-approval stage to check their last name, first name, username, email, language, and Approval Status.
Some additional notes:
- Only available if the approval stage is enabled for the event
- This applies to Artez P2P only
Additional Items
- Added the Transaction ID to the Reconciliation Report.
- Optimized the reports Billing Summary, Billing Details, Registration Summary, Registration Details, and Snapshot reports to provide more clarity.
- Fixed the issue that prevented the team goal from being saved on Panorama P2P events.
- Updated the P2P Fundraising Hub description editor to reinforce performance and security standards. - Replaced the word “Dummy” with “NewRegistrantRequest” in the forgot username/email URL.
