Summary
As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:

Artez P2P - Automatic email for Approved Registrants
Artez P2P - Scoreboard available to use on external websites
Artez P2P – Automatic email for Approved Registrants

Description
As an admin, I can now enable an automatic email to notify approved participants to continue their registration process.

Client Benefit

• New Feature
• Increase Participation

The admin can enable the email by:

1. On the event, enable the new email by visiting the emails menu, and under the “Organizational Messages to Individual Registrants” there’s the email template “Participant has been Approved”.

Some additional notes
• This new email will be triggered when the registrant is Approved in Relationships
• The approval stage must be enabled for the event
• The message can be customized
• This applies to Artez P2P only
• Available for both English and French events

Artez P2P - Scoreboard available to use on external websites
As an org, I can now use the scoreboard on an external site as we have done MET. We now generate unique URLs for the Individuals, teams, and corporate teams scoreboards.

Note

• The URLs will be added to the Important Links page.
• The scoreboards will be displayed based on any customization made under the builder for the event.
• This applies to Artez P2P only.
• Available for English and French pages.

Additional Items

• Added on the Donation report to the Transaction Type column an indication of the type of donation (for example: One-Time donation, Monthly donation, etc.).
• Fixed issue on the Donation report details where the UDFs answers were not displayed for monthly donations.
• Fixed issue for Artez P2P events where the UDF using special characters on the Participants or Teams page were not displayed properly.
• Fixed issue for Artez P2P events where the Donations made by Organizations using Payflow Pro were been marked as “Pending”.
