Summary

As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:

• Artez P2P - Ability to carry donor year-over-year information for participants
• Artez P2P - Ability to toggle off permission questions on the Contact Info page in the registration process
• Artez Donation and Tribute - Ability to ask monthly donors if they would like to cover the fee

Artez P2P – Solicit previous event donors

Now participants can carry year-over-year donor information (even if they didn't donate) to make it easier for past registrants to solicit in the current year/event.

The participant can solicit previous donors by:

1. Visiting the Emails option in the Fundraising Hub.

2. Open the “Ask for donations” email

3. Click on the “Past Donors” button

4. The list of previous donors will be displayed, the participant can select from the list who to invite to donate to the new event.

The participant can view information regarding previous event's donors and solicited donors, including:

• Donor name
• Email address
• Donation date
• Event
• Amount

The information will also be available to export on a CSV file.

Artez P2P – Ability to toggle off permission questions on the Contact Info page in the registration process

The administrator can now enable/disable the permission questions as desired in the contact information page from the registration process.

Notes:

• This applies to Artez P2P events (English and French).
• The Permissions will be displayed as desired during registration according to the toggles enabled for the event.
• If a toggle is disabled on this form, it will not be available/displayed on the Participant’s profile page.

Artez Tribute and Donation – Ask monthly donors to cover the processing fee

Now monthly donors will be asked if they would like to cover the processing fee on the Donation and Tribute templates.  This option will appear automatically if the cover the fee setting is enabled in Event Settings and Monthly Payments are enabled on your active templates.  The portion of the fee covered will be added to each monthly installment.  

Additional Items

• Added the functionality in P2P events to return to the event home page from the registration process by clicking the logo in the header.
• Added the columns “Gift Type” and “Name of Tribute Person” to the Snapshot Report.
• Fixed the issue on the Artez P2P where emails were not pulling the custom URL alias on the Get Sponsor email.
