Please note that donors and sponsors cannot be deleted if they're associated with any past or current auction. Also, for the purpose of accurate record-keeping, donors should not be deleted, especially if their items are sold.

How to Edit or Remove a Donor or Sponsor

To Edit or Delete a Donor or Sponsor:

Step 1. Click on the Donors tab, then select View Donors/Sponsors

Step 2. On that page, find the donor or sponsor name either on the list or by using the search field

Step 3. Click Edit next to their name to edit their information, or click Remove to delete them.
