How to Add Event Images and Videos

Add a Banner Image 

Step 1: Click on the Add Content button in the Content tab drop-down menu and then select Banner Image.  

Step 2: Click on the Add Image button to upload an image from your files.

• Images of any size can be uploaded (up to 50 MB).
• You can choose your image size to fit the size of the widget and resizing the screen width will still display the entire image.
• You can also drag and drop where you would like the image to display. 
• Note: the Title field is an internal field and will not be displayed to the public. 

Step 3: Click on Add and then Save.

Add a Single Image

Step 1: Click on the Add Content button in the Content tab drop down menu and then select Single Image.  

Step 2: Click on the Add Image button to upload an image from your files.

• Images of any size can be uploaded (up to 12MB).
• The image will be sized to fit the size of the widget. In other words, the image will display differently in a full-sized widget versus a one-third sized widget. 
• You can give your image a title, choose a background color to go behind the image, and choose the size of the section you want your image to appear in.
• You can also drag and drop where you would like the image to display. 
• Note: the Title field is an internal field and will not be displayed to the public. 

Step 3: Click Save. 

Add an Image Gallery                                                                                 

Step 1: Click on the Add Content button and then select Image Gallery from the drop-down menu.

• Images of any size can be uploaded (up to 12MB).
• The image will be sized to fit the size of the widget. In other words, the image will display differently in a full-sized widget versus a one-third sized widget. 
• Add up to six images and choose a background color, title and the size of the gallery.
• You can choose to display your images in a grid or a scrolling carousel.

Step 2: Click Save. 

Add a Video

Step 1: Click on the Add Content button and select Video from the drop-down menu.

• Copy and paste the YouTube or Vimeo URL of your video into the box labeled Video URL.
• You can also choose to add a background color and set the size of the section. 
• Helpful tip! You can add additional videos by adding a second Video content section.

Step 2: Click Save. 

• To remove a video or image at anytime, just click in the content section for each and click on the Remove button and save your changes.
