As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our fundraising system, we recently made the following enhancements to the Artez Application:
- Password policy update
Password Policy Update
To enhance security, we have introduced new requirements for Admin and Participant passwords. Benefits include:
- Prevention of fraud and impersonation
- Better safeguarding of personal data
- Compliance with security best practices
- Increased user trust
New requirements:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 special character
If a user’s current password does not meet these requirements, they will be prompted to update their password before accessing the system. This applies to both new registrations and existing users during login or password update.
Additional Items
- Added Processing Fee details to Donation Details Report, Monthly Donations Report, Reconciliation Report, Reconciliation (includes Failed Transactions) Report, Registration Details Report, Registration (without UDFs) Report, and Snapshot Report
- Disabled the P2P Scoreboards external URLs
- Fixed a P2P issue where “Until cancelled” was missing from monthly installment options
- Fixed issue in the P2P Hub where emails were not being sent due to a case-sensitive validation error
