Let's Learn
The Auction Dashboard has been updated to give you a clearer view of your event activity, proceeds, payments, and auction performance.
The updated dashboard brings key event information and reporting details together in one place, making it easier to monitor your auction from start to finish.
Event Overview
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find important details about your auction, including:
Organization name
Auction name
Online auction open and close dates

Current auction status
Your auction status will be displayed as:
Upcoming – The auction has not opened yet.
Live – The auction is currently open.
Closed – The auction has ended.
You can select View Event to open your bidder-facing event homepage in a new tab.
Share Your Event
The Share Your Event feature makes it easy to provide participants with direct access to key pages of your event.
Select the sharing icon from the Auction Manager Dashboard to choose which page you would like to share:
- Event Homepage – Share the main event homepage where participants can learn more about your event and access available activities.
- Order Tickets – Share the page where participants can purchase tickets for your event.
- Donation Page – Share the page where participants can make a donation to your organization or event.
Depending on the page you select, you can then use the available sharing options to:

- Download QR Code – Download the QR code for use in digital or printed event materials.
Common Questions
The Common Questions feature provides quick access to helpful resources and frequently asked questions related to managing your event.
From the Auction Manager Dashboard, select the Common Questions icon to view the available resources. These links are designed to help you find additional information and guidance without having to leave the dashboard and search for articles separately.
When you select a question or resource, the relevant Help Center article will open in a new browser tab. This allows you to review the information while keeping your Auction Manager Dashboard open in the original tab.
The available articles may provide additional guidance on common questions and tasks related to your event and Auction Manager.
Event Proceeds
The Event Proceeds section provides an overview of the proceeds generated through your event. It breaks down the total amount by proceed type, making it easier to understand where your event revenue is coming from.
The section includes the following categories:
Fees Covered by Donors
Fees Covered by Donors shows the total amount that bidders have contributed to cover applicable fees through the Cover the Fee option.
This amount is included separately from the proceeds generated through item sales, donations, tickets, and quick sales.
Buy Now Only Sales
Buy Now Only Sales shows the total awarded amount for items configured with the Buy Now Only bidding type.
This category specifically applies to items whose bidding type is Buy Now Only.
Donations
Donations includes donations recorded under Close Out – Donations.
Both Confirmed and Unconfirmed donations are included in this total. Unconfirmed donations may include donations that were added as offline donations.
Items – Live Auction
Items – Live Auction shows the total awarded amount for items configured with the Live Event Only bidding type.
This allows you to see the proceeds associated specifically with your live auction items.
Items – Silent Auction
Items – Silent Auction includes proceeds associated with items configured as either:
- Online and Mobile
- Online to Bid Sheet
For items that are still open, the dashboard uses the current high online bid. For closed items, it uses the item's awarded amount.
Bids that are below the item's reserve price are not included in this total.
Important: An item configured as Online and Mobile or Online to Bid Sheet may also have Buy Now enabled. If a bidder purchases that item using Buy Now, the purchase is still included under Items – Silent Auction, rather than Buy Now Only Sales.
This is because the item remains classified as a Silent Auction item based on its bidding type, even when the Buy Now option is used.
Quick Sales
Quick Sales includes all sales recorded under Close Out – Quick Sales.
Both Confirmed and Unconfirmed quick sales are included in the total.
Tickets
Tickets includes ticket orders recorded under Close Out – Ticket Orders.
Both Confirmed and Unconfirmed ticket orders are included in the total.
Grand Total
The Grand Total represents the combined amount of all proceed types displayed in the Event Proceeds section.
Payment Method
The Payment Method shows the breakdown of all payments, including Items, Tickets, Donations and Quick Sales.
This breakdown helps you understand how the payments recorded for your event are distributed across the different transaction types.
Payment Status
The Payment Status section shows the result or status of the payments associated with your event.
Reviewing the payment status can help you identify how payments are reflected in the dashboard and provide additional visibility into the payment activity for your event.
Together, Payment Method and Payment Status provide a high-level view of your event's payment activity, allowing you to review both how payments were recorded and the resulting payment status.
Silent Auction Analysis
The Silent Auction Analysis section provides an overview of activity and results for items configured as Online and Mobile or Online to Bid Sheet.
This section helps you review the performance of your silent auction items, including bids that have not met the item's reserve price and items that were ultimately not sold.
Recent Buy Now Sales
The Recent Buy Now Sales section provides a quick view of the most recent sales made through items configured with the Buy Now Only bidding type.
This section allows you to easily monitor recent Buy Now activity without needing to review each item individually.
Use this section to get a quick overview of recent Buy Now sales and the activity generated by your Buy Now Only items.
Top Bidders
The Top Bidders section highlights your highest-performing bidders.
The dashboard displays the bidder's name, making it easier to identify the individuals participating in your auction.

Most-Bid Items
The Most-Bid Items section highlights the items that have received the most bids during your event.
Select an item name to open its View Item page in Auction Manager, where you can access additional information about the item and its bidding activity.
Note: The list is based on the number of bids an item has received. It does not represent the items with the highest sale value or highest current bid.
Item Breakdown
The Item Breakdown section provides an overview of the items included in your auction, organized by Item Bidding Type.
Each bidding type displays the number of items currently configured with that bidding type. This gives you a quick way to see how your auction inventory is distributed across the different bidding options.
Use the Item Breakdown section to quickly review your event's item setup and understand how many items are available under each bidding type.
