Overview

To ensure a secure and seamless bidding experience, all bidders must have a valid credit card on file before placing any bids on the BiddingForGood (BFG) platform. This requirement helps maintain payment integrity and guarantees that all winning bids can be processed successfully.

With the introduction of the new BFG User Interface (UI), additional payment and login options have been added for improved flexibility and convenience.

Placing a Bid

• Requirement: A valid credit card is mandatory to place a bid.

• Bidders must log in to their existing BiddingForGood account before placing a bid.

• Once logged in, they can use:

  • The credit card on file, or

  • Add a new credit card during checkout.

Purchasing Tickets or Making Monetary Donations

The new BFG interface allows bidders to make ticket purchases or donations more easily, with multiple payment options available.

Available Payment Methods:

• Credit Card

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Users can choose to:

• Log in to their existing bidder account and use their saved payment method, or

• Complete the transaction as a Guest (no sign-in required).

💡 The “Continue as Guest” option is perfect for supporters who want to make a quick purchase or donation without creating an account.
