How to Enable Absentee Bidding for a Live Event

You can activate the Absentee Bidding feature under Event > Live Event Dates.

All maximum bids from your online auction (that have not been countered with a higher bid by the time your online auction closes) will automatically become absentee bids at your live event that a bid clerk, or member of your auction team, can place on behalf of the online bidder.

Absentee bidding is only available for items with a bidding type of "Online to Bid Sheet".

You can access the Absentee Bid Sheets with the maximum bid information AFTER the online auction has ended under Event > Live Event > Print Materials, click on Absentee Bid Sheets in the left menu.  This report will list all of your leading bidders for each item, their leading online bid, and their maximum/absentee bid.
