Q: Who can bid at my event?
A: Only people registered with our website will be able to bid online and have a bidder number given to them by the system. You can get your attendees registered quickly within the Guest Check in tool.
Q: Someone purchased a Ticket for a group of people at our event, will everyone be able to bid, or just the person who purchased the tickets?
A: When ordering tickets, only the person who places the ticket order will be recognized as both a bidder in the auction and a guest to the live event. If this person includes "Guests" on the ticket order, those additional persons will only be listed as a "Guest" to the event. In order for this guest to be a registered bidder, they must interact with your event by either making a purchase, making a donation, placing a bid on an item, or signing in with Guest Check-In.
Q: Can people bid online who don’t have a Bidding For Good account?
A: Unfortunately, an Offline Bidder cannot bid through the system or online via mobile bidding. Our Offline Bidder function simply allows you to award items to that bidder within the system.
Q: I can’t see all of my live items under the Award Items area, where did they go?
A: When your Live Event Date & Time Begins, this is when your Online to Bid Sheet Items and Live Event Only Items will appear ready to be awarded.
