Available Print Materials and Bid Sheets

To view print materials go to Event > Live Event > Print Materials. 

Auction Catalog: A formatted version of your entire auction that will include Item Name, Item Number, Value, Description, Special Notes, and Donor.

Mobile Item Sheets: A formatted version of the item description associated with the image of the item and the overall event homepage QR code of your Online and Mobile Items. This will include Item Name, Item Number, Value, Description, Special Notes, Donor, and Item QR Code. Each item with be on its page.

Bid Sheets: Bid Sheets include the Item Name, Item Number, Description, Special Notes, Donor, Value, Bid Increment, Opening Bid, and the final high online bid amount. They also provide space for silent bidders to write in their information and bid amount.

Note: Only available for auctions that are attached to a live event. Bid Sheets will only be available for Live Event Only items and Online to Bid Sheets that have passed their online close date.

Item Sheets: Item Sheets include the Item Name, Item Number, Description, Special Notes, Donor, Value, Opening Bid, and the Final High Online Bid.

Absentee Bid Sheets: Use Absentee Bid Sheets to administer absentee bids during your live event. Each sheet contains the online leading bid and absentee bid information for that item.
Note: Only available for auctions that are attached to a live event. Item Sheets will only be available for Live Event Only items and Online to Bid Sheets that have passed their online close date. These sheets are not available for Auction Manager Basic clients.

QR Code Stickers: Generate stickers with QR Codes for every item in your auction. These stickers can be used at your Smart Auction, and allow attendees with smartphones an easy way to view and bid on items. For best results, use Avery 22806 sticker sheets.

Go to Event > Print Materials > Mobile Item Sheets, this will provide you with the general auction QR code on the first page and the item QR code on each of the items' pages.

If you would like just the QR codes without the item page that you can turn into stickers for your live event go to Event > Print Materials > QR Code Stickers.

NOTE:
Auction, Auction – 1 Item Per Sheet, Bid Sheets, and Item Sheets are available to be downloaded with or without your auction banner and also in PDF or Word format. Absentee Bid Sheets are available in PDF or Word format.

Absentee Bid Sheets, Bid Sheets, Item Sheets, and QR Code Stickers are only available for Online and Live Event Auction.
