The thermometer on the auction homepage (viewable by bidders) updates in real-time along with the Dollars Raised, Items with Bids, and Total Bids.
The Dollars Raised includes bidding revenue, ticket revenue, and cash donation revenue. The Dollars Raised matches Total Raised on the Auction Manager Dashboard.
a. You can turn Auction Statistics on or off by:
- Going to Event > Home Pages
- Clicking Edit next to your home page
- Scroll down to the Features section
- Check/uncheck Auction Statistics
- Click Save Home Page
b. Then, set your fundraising Goal by doing the following:
You can enter the amount you hope to raise from your items, ticket sales and cash donations under Event > Fundraising Goal. Your goal will be used to calculate the thermometer on your Homepage (if Auction Stats is on) and on the Leaderboard (if Total Raised is on).
Please note: Your goal amount will not be shown. It's only used to calculate the % of goal achieved. You can change the goal at any time.
