How do I set my Online Auction Dates?

To set the Online Bidding Dates for your Auction, please Navigate to: 

Event > Set Up > Online Auction Dates.

On that screen as well, make sure the timezone listed is correct. Your online auction dates determine when your auction and bidding start.

If you are unable to change your online auction dates and bidding has not started yet, please contact support by clicking submit a request above. Please include the following:

-The dates you want for your auction. (Make sure to specify online bidding dates.)
-The name of your Organization and Auction 

Please Note that we cannot reopen a closed auction. We also cannot extend an auction. If you need to create a new auction with new dates, please see this help article.
