How to Show your Coming Soon Homepage before the Auction starts

You can Create and Activate Your Homepage at any time under Event > Web Site > Homepages.

The homepage must be activated in order to be viewed. Please note that Activating The Homepage Does Not Start The Auction. This is determined by the Online Auction Dates under Event > Set Up > Online Auction Dates.

The homepage can be seen by clicking the view your auction button below the reports tab; as long as the homepage is activated. Once the auction is live according to the Online Auction Dates, anyone can go to the Bidding For Good Main Website and search for your Organization, Auction name or Items.

If you wish to have others view your auction before the opening date:

1. Make sure the homepage is Created and Activated.
2. Go to Event > Set Up > Switch Active Event and copy the URL listed there to paste on social media, or use our Promotional Tool to email others with that link. Anyone with the link will be able to visit your page before it is Live.

Note: They will not be able to bid until the Online Auctions Dates are live and the auction starts. However, they can browse all your Published Items or Buy Tickets beforehand.
