How to change the default catalog view (Items View)

The default view of your catalog is made up of two selections:

• Item View (visual interface)
• Sort (sorting preference)

To change the default Sort and Item View preferences for your item catalog:

Step 1. Go to Event > Items View

Step 2. Use the 1st drop-down menu to select your Items View preference. You can choose between:

• • Image View
  • List View

Step 3. Use the 2nd drop-down menu to select your Items Sort Preference. You can choose between

• • • Item Name - Ascending or Descending
    • Value - Ascending or Descending
    • Leading Bid - Ascending or Descending
    • Time Left - Ascending or Descending
    • Lot Number - Ascending or Descending

Step 4. Click on Update Item View Preferences.

Please note: Bidders will still be able to toggle between your selected views. Your selections will simply result in the initial, default view of your catalog.
