For our new UI, we’ve introduced a few updates to make the donation process smoother.

Great news! You can now donate without logging in to a BiddingForGood account, making it faster and easier to support the event. Plus, there are more payment options available, giving you added flexibility when making your contribution.

How to Donate in an Auction?

Step 1. Click “Donate Now”. It is located on the Hero Image section or just below it, beside the “Items” button.

Step 2. Enter Donation Amount

Choose from the pre-set donation amounts or enter a custom amount.

Step 3. Enter Donation Details

Enter your Display Donor Name (this field auto-fills if you’re logged in). If you wish to remain anonymous, check the box: “I’d like to remain anonymous as a donor.”
 

You may also add a comment about your donation

A Donation Summary will appear on the right side of the page.

Step 4. Click “Donate Now”

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign in or continue as a guest.

Step 5.  Complete Your Payment

After signing in or choosing to continue as a guest, an embedded payment form will appear.
Here, you may check the box to “Cover the Fee” if you want to help cover processing fees.

You can choose from three payment methods:

Pay with Card

If logged in, you’ll see your saved cards.

• Select a card by checking the box next to it.
• You may also add a new card.

• For security, you will be asked to enter the CVV code of the selected card.

• If not logged in, you’ll need to enter your contact and card details manually.

• Click on Submit Payment to complete the donation

Pay with Apple Pay

• Scan the code using your iPhone.
• You can then complete the payment directly from your iPhone.

Pay with Google Pay

• It will prompt you to log in to your Google Account.
• Select saved card or add a new card if none are saved.
