Let's Learn
To learn how bidders purchase tickets on the new BFG UI, please visit this article: How to Purchase Tickets on the New BiddingForGood UI
What’s New?
On the new BFG interface, all ticket purchases are completed through the Embedded Payment Form (EPF).
The EPF is a secure, built-in payment interface that allows purchasers to complete transactions directly on the BFG site — no manual processing required.
Key Enhancements:
Supports multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Provides a faster, more intuitive, and mobile-friendly checkout experience
Streamlines processing by automatically confirming ticket purchases once payment is submitted
Note: Since payment is completed at checkout, admins no longer need to manually award or process ticket orders.
How to View Ticket Orders
Step 1: Go to Close Out > Close Your Auction > Ticket Orders
Step 2: Change the Limit Results dropdown to All Orders, then click Search.
Note: Ticket orders completed through EPF will appear under Confirmed Orders and will not be shown under Unconfirmed Orders.
This page displays a summary of each ticket order, including:
Ticket Type
Purchaser Name
Date and Time of Purchase
Quantity Purchased
Fees
Total Transaction Amount
