How to Utilize Mobile Bidding for Guest/Bidder Registration (New BFG UI)

When Mobile Bidding is enabled for your Live Event, you will be able to access the Mobile Bidding section  (Event>Live Event>Mobile Bidding) and utilize additional features, such as: 

• Disable Mobile Bidding : This feature allows you to control whether mobile bidding is enabled for your event. To make changes, simply check or uncheck the option, then click Update Mobile Settings to save.

• Event URL : In the new BFG interface, there is no longer a separate URL for mobile and desktop. Instead, the Auction or Ticket-only event has a single event URL. This unified link ensures a consistent experience and works seamlessly across all devices — desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. 

• Send a Text Message with the Event URL : You can text the URL to a guest by entering the mobile phone number and clicking Send Text Message.

• This feature will save time during the Guest Check-In process if a guest is not yet registered as a bidder on BiddingforGood.
