Enable Buy Now for an Item
To make an item available for Buy Now, simply enter an amount in the Buy Now Price field.
If the field is empty or the amount is less than $1.00, the item will not offer a Buy Now purchasing.
Good to Know: If a bidder places a bid equal to or higher than the Buy Now price, the Buy Now option is automatically removed. This ensures the item sells for the highest possible amount.
Buy Now Only Items
You can also set an item to Buy Now Only.
This allows you to sell the item at a fixed price.
You may also set a quantity available for purchase.
No bidding takes place on Buy Now Only items.
Where to Find Purchased Buy Now Items in Auction Manager
Purchased Buy Now items appear under:
Close Out > Process Payments tab
Tip: Make sure to filter the results to All Purchases or Complete.
Since the bidder completes payment through the embedded payment form, no manual payment processing is required in Auction Manager. The payment status will automatically update to COMPLETED.
To view purchase details, simply click View Purchases.
How to Add a Shipping Fee
You can use Quick Sale to add shipping fees.

How to Process a Refund
If a bidder accidentally purchases an item or decides not to proceed and a refund is needed, please submit a support request.
Include the following information:
Organization Name
Auction Name
Purchaser/Bidder Name
Lot/Item Number
