Purchasing Tickets
Step 1: From the Auction homepage, select “Tickets”
Step 2: Choose Ticket Type and Quantity
Select your ticket type.
Enter the desired quantity manually, or use the + or – buttons to adjust the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

Each ticket type displays its description, including:
How many tickets remain available.

How many guests are included per ticket.
On this page, purchasers may also make a donation (if applicable).
A summary of the ticket purchase will be visible on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3. Press Next to proceed
Step 4: Enter Guest Information (Optional)
You may provide guest details at this stage or at a later time.
Information fields include:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Meal Choice
The information will be pre-filled if the purchaser is signed in to their BFG account.
If you are signed in to your BFG account, your information will be automatically pre-filled.
💡 Tip: If you do not have guest information ready, you may skip this step and contact the organization later to provide details.
Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Sign In or Continue as Guest
If you are not signed in, the system will prompt you to log in or create an account.
In the new BFG UI, signing in is optional — you may choose to Continue as Guest to complete your purchase.
Step 6: Complete Payment
You’ll be directed to the Embedded Payment Form (EPF) where you can select your preferred payment option:
Pay with Card
Apple Pay
Google Pay
You can also choose to cover the processing fee to help the organization.

Pay with Card
Step 1: Contact Information
If you are not logged in, the EPF will prompt you to enter your contact details:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Address
The purchaser will select Next to go to the next page.
Step 2. Payment Details: Enter your card information
Card Number
Expiration Date
CVV
If you are logged in, you may:
Use a saved card on your account, or
Add a new card if preferred.
Click Next to continue.
Step 3. Confirm Payment
Review the purchase summary and select Submit Payment to complete your purchase.
Once the Payment has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation that it is successful along with the summary of the purchase.
Apple Pay
When using Apple Pay, the Embedded Payment Form (EPF) will prompt you to:
Scan the Apple Pay code using your Apple device.
Google Pay
If you select Google Pay, the EPF will redirect you to pay.google.com, where you can:
Sign in to your Google Account, and
Use a saved card or add a new one to complete the purchase.
Mobile Experience
Step 1: From the mobile homepage, select “Tickets”
Step 2: Choose a ticket type, select quantity, then tap Next.
On this page, the bidders can also make a donation (if applicable).
Step 3: They will be provided with the order summary. It shows how many tickets were selected and how much is the subtotal for the ticket purchase. The bidder will have to select Next to go to the next page
Step 4: Enter guest information (optional at this stage):
- First and last name
- Email address
- Meal choice
The information will be pre-filled if the purchaser is signed in to their BFG account.
This page is only optional during this purchase process. The information can be added later.
They will select “Save & Continue” to proceed.
Helpful Information! If a supporter has selected to order “Tickets” and they are not logged in or have not yet registered for a bidder's account, they will be prompted to sign in on the checkout page. On the new BFG UI, the ticket purchaser is not required to sign in. They have an option to “Continue as Guest”.
Step 5. They will be directed to the Embedded Payment Form where they can choose from the available payment options:
- Pay with Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
This page will also give them an option if they want to cover the processing fee.
